OBC & DC-DC INTEGRATED

VVDN is developing an integrated solution: a 2-in-1 OBC & DC/DC system that consists of the On-board charger (OBC) and the DC-to-DC converter (DCDC). The On-Board Charger (OBC), with inversion capabilities, extracts energy from the AC grid, converting it to high-voltage DC to charge the vehicle’s power battery. This also enables energy transfer from the battery back to the AC side.

The on-board DC-DC converter steps down the high-voltage DC to the required low-voltage DC, supplying 12V power to the vehicle and charging the auxiliary battery.

VVDN has extensive experience in developing and manufacturing EV chargers for different geographies. This includes expertise in hardware, software, mechanical design, testing, mobile applications, and device-to-server communication with the required charging protocols.
